You can use the website to ask for a quote, a coverage review or a certificate of insurance, or to send us a message. Requests sent to ALP do not bind, change or cancel coverage until confirmed in writing.

• A quote request is not an application for insurance and is not a promise of coverage. Insurance companies decide whether to offer coverage, on what terms and at what price.
• A certificate request is checked against your policy before a certificate is issued. A certificate of insurance does not change your coverage.
• Please give accurate and complete information. ALP and insurance companies rely on it when they quote and place coverage.
• If you share information about other people, such as drivers or employees, make sure you are allowed to share it with us.

4. The Ask ALP assistant

The website assistant is automated. It answers from information ALP has approved; it is not a licensed agent and cannot bind, change or cancel coverage. Your details reach ALP's team only after you confirm them and ask to be contacted. See our Privacy Policy for how chat information is handled.

5. Using the website

• use the website for any unlawful purpose;
• send harmful or malicious software; or
• try to access any part of the website or its systems without authorization.
